Ruby Run 2007 - 10th June 2007 Pictures supplied by Dennis Bater

The run successfully took place yesterday. With record numbers once again over 200 runners and just short of 100 walkers. And 2 local  relay teams. Walking the Ruby Run is now very popular and more people yesterday pledged ''next year'' they would walk. We have already (last evening) had e-mails stating this is one of the best organised runs they have entered. And most friendly but that's Hatherleigh and Holsworthy people for you goes with out saying. Dennis Photos include Booking inn, gathering out side the Community Center, getting ready to the start, and finish in Holsworthy note Finish is on the other side of the Banner. Click here for the results

This year we have chosen three organisations to benefit from the proceeds of the day and they are SW Multiple Sclerosis Centre (MS), Devon Air Ambulance and St John Ambulance so please send in as much sponsorship as possible for these very deserving causes. You may have run or walked for your own particular cause but please consider sharing your sponsorship money with Ruby Run and help these organisations as well.
