New Perspectives: Celebrating Beaford Arts at 50

Hatherleigh Market 1960s?To celebrate Beaford Arts’ 50th Anniversary we would like to invite you to take a new photograph in response to those taken by James Ravilious for the Beaford Archive.
To be in with a chance of having your work selected for exhibition at The Goodwin Gallery, Petroc:

  • Submit at least one high res photograph in response to one, or more, of the 25 ‘BA50’ images on our website:photos.beaford-arts.org.uk
  • Your photograph can be in black and white or colour
  • Your photograph must have been taken this year
  • If it is a digital image, please title it with your full name, and email to: ba50@beaford-arts.org.uk
  • If it is a darkroom print, please post it to us (unfortunately we will not be able to return these)
  • Please include your image, full name, age, the location and a short description to complete your submission

Key dates for the diary:

  • 10am Monday 5th September - Submission deadline
  • 10am Saturday 22nd October - Exhibition opens to the public

The challenge to you, is whether you can ‘re-photograph’ a new image from one of 25 locations in North Devon this summer 2016?
