Do we need Yellow Lines?
By Neil Price, Co-Editor

July 4, 2013:

The authority who clamped this car obviously don’t think so! Their logic must be, the car is not allowed on the road, it wasn’t displaying a tax disc, so we will keep it on the road! To stop other cars parking there thereby enforcing the “no parking” policy of West Devon Borough Council. To make their policy have the greatest impact they decided to clamp the car on a Tuesday, the busiest day of the week. Tuesday being the only day arguably that we need Yellow lines in Hatherleigh.
