Shipping
We try to deliver your order as fast as possible. If your items
are in stock then we can usually achieve one week turnround (2 days
internally, then 3-5 days shipping). Often it's faster than this,
with 3-5 days total being typical. (If you need even faster delivery,
please see below).
We ship by two methods:
POST: surprisingly, ordinary mail works well for low weight
parcels. It is also a lot cheaper. The maximum weight by mail is
2 Kg, and we always try to use mail for single or small items -
commensurate with safe shipping of course. Above 2Kg total we have
no option except to use ...
PARCELFORCE: a spin-off from the old Post Office. This is
one of the UK's largest shippers, with mutual arrangements in all
major countries. We use their 3-5 day service and have found it

2-3 DAY SHIPPING: this is usually possible at extra cost.
Please either email us at time of delivery, or phone, or use the
special Delivery Requirements message space for advising us. It
can add up to 50% to the shipping cost but under some circumstances
you may feel it to be worthwhile. If there's time, we'll get back
to you with confirmation but, as there is often an urgency, we may
use our discretion and ship fast. Your clear instructions in these
situations can help a lot.
When you've received your parcel/package we appreciate a simple
email confirming safe receipt.
