Packing

We pack well to ensure safe delivery and (touch wood) we have few problems. The extra packing may result in more weight - and hence may mean a slightly higher shipping cost - but we think of it as an insurance premium.

Should you experience any problems with your shipment you must let us know immediately by email, phone or fax. We will replace free of charge any items that are damaged.

We reserve the right to ask for proof of damage so you should keep the items and your paperwork until the matter is settled.
