Sand Bags and Glad Rags
List of silent auction items below

An exciting fundraiser is being held on 7th September at West Fishleigh Farm Hatherleigh with all profits raised being donated equally to Get Changed Theatre Company, a local Okehampton charity helping young adults, and Cancer Research
The highlight of this event will be The Silent Auction which already has some fantastic items on offer. Here is the list of unique, quirky and truly fabulous items that are up for grabs.
If you are not able to attend the Hatherleigh Sand Bags and Glad Rags Charity Ball you can still secure an item that is in the silent charity auction by placing a pre-auction bid ‘ e-Bay’ style. To do this simply indicate the absolute maximum price you would wish to pay for an item and we will do the bidding for you, ensuring a constant ‘top-up’ keep you just ahead of the bidding (up to your specified max amount) For example, if the maximum price you want to pay for an item is say £100 and other bids on the evening for that item finish at £60 then your last bid will be £61.
This can be done in advance.
The auction event will finish at the Charity ball at 12.00 midnight on 7th September.
To place a pre-auction commission bid and to set a maximum amount that you are prepared to pay for any item we need the following information from you: Item number, Title/description, Your Name, Email address, Telephone number and most crucially – the MAXIMUM BID FIGURE you are prepared to pay. Your bidding information can only be placed by email to Michelle Downie –msdownie@hotmail.co.uk
You will be notified if you are the successful bidder and individual arrangements will be made directly with Michelle Downie regarding collection after the event. All lots must be collected within 12 months of the Ball or as individually specified.
